We’ve returned from our awesome Gourmet Cycling Travel trip in France. It was so great to see a years worth of planning come together so beautifully. The trip was a huge success and all our guests had an absolutely amazing time, and for many it was a trip of a lifetime. This year we kicked off our week long adventure in Cauterets, a beautiful ski village nestled in the heart of the Pyrenese. The views here are breathtaking with a panoramic view of majestic peaks and narrow little streets to wander through and explore. We met some wonderful new people, shared many laughs, and ate so much delicious gourmet food. We stayed here in Cauterets for the first two nights before moving onto Vielha, Spain.

Highlights from our stay in Cauterets:

Fresh mountain air

Amazing views of majestic peaks

Thermal hot springs

narrow streets to wander through and explore

Meeting new friends and a toast to a spectacular week ahead.

Fresh croissants, baguettes and pastries available on every corner. The lovely Bois Jolie, our home in Cauterets.

For the non-cyclists a hike up to the most breathtaking lake I have ever seen.

Enjoying crepes and coffee with a view like no other.

Wine tasting featuring amazing Chene Blue wines from the Cote de Rhone region in Provence France.
